Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this site, such as a consultation request, home value request, neighborhood guide request or email sign-up, I collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email or phone number, property address, timeline and home preferences.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. If you vote in the Two Cents poll, your vote is stored so results can be counted. I use privacy-conscious analytics and do not use this information to identify you personally.
How I use your information
To respond to your request, schedule appointments, send you homes or market information you asked for, provide real estate services, improve this website and meet my legal and brokerage obligations.
When I share information
I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only: with service providers that help run this website and my business, such as website hosting and email tools, who may use it only to provide those services; with my brokerage, Realty ONE Group, as required for supervision and record-keeping; with lenders, title companies or other professionals only when you ask me to connect you; and when required by law.
Emails, calls and texts
If you submit a form, you agree that I may contact you by email, phone or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting me directly.
