The Front Door · Come on in
Real estate is more than a transaction. It's about where life takes you next. I'm here to help you navigate that next chapter with confidence, clarity, and a little fun along the way.
This site is built like a home. Step inside and I'll walk you through it, room by room.Serving North Peoria, Glendale and the West Valley
Welcome home
Every section of this site is a room in the house. Start in the Living Room, or step into any room you like.
The Living Room · Meet Lupe
Hi, I'm Lupe. Before real estate, I was a Christian counselor and life coach, sitting with people in the middle of big, life-changing decisions. Turns out that's excellent training for buying and selling homes.
A growing family. A new job. An empty nest. A fresh start. Whatever is moving you, I help you see the whole picture before you decide. I ask the questions that matter, lay out your options honestly and build a plan around your life and your goals. Then I advocate for you at every step, so you can move forward with confidence, knowing the details are handled and your interests come first.
I'm a wife, a mom and an entrepreneur, so I know what juggling a full life looks like. My job is to make this part easier: honest advice, clear next steps and someone in your corner who actually listens.

The Foundation · Why Work With Me
I'll get to know what's actually driving your move before we ever talk homes or numbers.
I respond quickly, tell you the truth and keep you updated before you have to ask. No chasing, no guessing.
No one-size-fits-all script. Your timeline, your budget, your priorities.
I do my homework before we walk in, so you can make decisions from a place of confidence.
Moving is stressful enough. We're allowed to laugh along the way.
The Walkthrough · Home Value
Online estimates are a starting point, not an answer. I'll look at your home, your street and what's actually selling nearby, then walk you through a real number. No obligation to list.
The Neighborhood · Featured Communities
Newer neighborhoods, mountain views and Lake Pleasant practically in the backyard.
Hillside living with hiking trails right outside your door and big desert views.
Established neighborhoods, game-day energy and a little bit of everything in between.
The Kitchen Table · Ask Lupe
Don't see yours? Ask me directly. There's no such thing as a dumb real estate question.
Less than most people think. Depending on the loan, some programs allow as little as 3 to 3.5% down, and eligible VA buyers may put 0% down. A good lender can show you your real options. I'm happy to connect you with a few.
Before we tour homes together, we'll sign a written buyer agreement that spells out how I'm paid. In many cases the seller covers some or all of it, and it's always negotiable. I'll walk you through it in plain English before you sign anything.
Once you're under contract, many purchases close in about 30 to 45 days. The search before that depends on the market and how picky you're feeling. Getting pre-approved first is the biggest time-saver.
It's Arizona's Buyer's Inspection Notice and Seller's Response. After your inspections, you use it to ask the seller for repairs or credits, and the seller responds. It's one of the most important negotiating moments in an Arizona purchase.
Both can be great. New builds offer warranties and modern finishes. Resale homes often come with mature landscaping, established neighborhoods and more room to negotiate. One tip: bring your agent on your very first visit to a builder's model home, or you may not be able to have representation later.
A conversation. We'll talk about your timeline and goals, look at what's selling around you, and decide what's worth fixing before you list and what isn't.
General information only, not legal, tax or lending advice. Every situation is different, so let's talk about yours.
